LumaSign 是一款用于制作手持 LED 灯牌、滚动字幕、全屏跑马灯和活动应援展示的工具。你可以输入文字、调整颜色和字体、选择特效、使用背景图片，并在设备上进行全屏展示。

2. 使用规则

你应合法、合理地使用本应用，不得使用本应用展示违法、侵权、骚扰、仇恨、欺诈、色情或其他可能伤害他人的内容。你对自己输入、展示或保存的内容承担责任。

3. VIP 会员与内购

LumaSign 可能提供 VIP 会员功能，包括高级文字特效、背景特效、精选图片、专属字体或其他高级能力。具体权益以 App 内展示为准。

• 月度订阅和年度订阅会自动续期，除非你在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
• 付款将在确认购买时通过你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
• 订阅可在 iOS 系统设置或 App Store 账户设置中管理和取消。
• 永久会员为一次性购买项目，购买后可在支持的设备上通过同一 Apple ID 恢复。
• 免费试用、首月优惠或其他促销活动以 App Store 实际展示和用户资格为准。

4. 退款与取消

所有内购付款、退款和订阅取消由 Apple 处理。你可以通过 Apple 官方渠道申请退款或管理订阅。我们无法直接处理 Apple App Store 付款退款。

5. 知识产权

LumaSign 的软件、界面、设计、代码、图标和内置素材受相关法律保护。未经许可，不得复制、修改、分发、出售或反向工程本应用。你保留对自己输入内容和主动选择图片的权利。

6. 免责声明

本应用按现状提供。我们会努力保持应用稳定可用，但不保证应用永远不中断、无错误或满足所有特定需求。使用全屏高亮展示时，请注意周围环境和设备电量，避免影响他人或造成安全风险。

7. 协议变更

我们可能根据产品变化或合规要求更新本协议。更新后的协议会发布在本页面，并更新生效日期。继续使用本应用表示你接受更新后的协议。

LumaSign is a tool for creating handheld LED banners, scrolling text, fullscreen marquee displays, and event support signs. You can enter text, adjust colors and fonts, choose effects, use background images, and display your content on your device.

2. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content you enter, display, or save. You may not use the app to display unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, explicit, or harmful content.

3. VIP Membership and Purchases

• Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings or your App Store account settings.
• The lifetime membership is a one-time purchase and may be restored on supported devices using the same Apple ID.
• Free trials, introductory offers, and promotions depend on App Store availability and user eligibility.
